如果你剛剛買了 iPad，希望可以享受多工操作、使用藍芽鍵盤、程式資料夾、Game Center、iAd 等功能的話。別擔心，iPad 支援 iPhone OS 4.0 所有功能，只是 iPad 不能與 IPhone 3GS 及 iPod Touch 3G 一樣在暑假更新，iPad 版本的更新在秋季才會推出。

如果你希望快點享受一眾功能的話，只有 iPhone 3GS 及 iPod Touch 3G 這兩個選擇，因為其他版本的 iPhone 及 iPod Touch 並不全面支援 iPhone OS 4.0。
